With the arrival of warmer weather, the Taulissa rooftop celebrates spring with an exceptional Easter Brunch, accompanied by live music. On the menu: generous servings of casseroles and a show cooking event featuring Easter lamb. Children can enjoy an egg hunt and a creative workshop to make the most of the festivities.

To make this moment perfect, our Pastry Chef has created an exclusive, elegant and delicious treat: Choco’Al.

Up there, on the 6th and top floor of Maison Albar - Le Victoria, the cuisine breathes boldness, authenticity, and creativity. “Taulissa” meaning “the rooftops” in local language, draws inspiration from Provence and Mediterranean products. It speaks with generosity and clarity, rooted in authenticity. No theatrics, just genuine emotions, plates full of flavour and warmth, with a touch of madness. Balancing finesse and simplicity, this approach celebrates togetherness, elegance, and that Southern taste that speaks to everyone.

 
 
 

A friendship dedicated to delighting the palate

Up there, stories are also woven in the kitchen. The one between chefs Glenn Viel and Fred Grava began in Courchevel and grew through every challenge, leading to Nice, Côte d'Azur, in this bright space where flavours are meant to be shared. Their bond brings to life a vibrant, festive, and creative menu, echoing the spirit of large communal tables: reimagined mussels and fries, family-style cocotte chicken, whole fish to share… All served in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, true to the French Riviera’s art of living.
